First, mark the fender with the template

Then cut out the hole, sand, and paint the edge.

Then, you install the hose into the fender.

Here is a shot of where the filter will reside
Finally, the mount is fitted, the meter installed, and when parts are lined up, the final mounting hole is drilled. and screw tightened
